We've Added 148 Yards in a Year!
Yesterday we had the course officially re-measured for the new competition tees coming into play this season. In the last year we have put on an extra 148 yards taking the total white tee yardage to 6147, you may also notice a difference in Standard Scratch for the white tees too.
We hope that when the Yorkshire Union of Golf Clubs come to re-assess the Standard Index we see an increase of a shot for both white and yellow tees but only time will tell. There's still some scope for future extending too but for now we are concentrating on getting course in tip-top shape for the summer season!
