Greens recovering well after Spring maintenance
After spending the last two weeks working on the greens we’re very pleased to say that they have been recovering nicely and are already performing above expectations.
On 28th February we scarified the greens with our Sisis TM1000, then last week we hollow-cored them using 8mm hollow tines, followed by an application of 25 tonnes of sand to fill them back in and smooth any imperfections out.
We have also applied an early season fertiliser to help the greens as the warm weather starts to appear, giving them the best start possible going into the golfing season.
